Returns & Replacement

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items (read item page for eligibility).
• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
• For replacements, raise a request within the returns window; we will ship a replacement once the return is inspected and approved.

Proof Required

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue at the time of delivery. Photos should include the packaging and the product. Failure to provide proof may delay or void replacements/refunds.

Shipping

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping times vary by location. Any shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges: Within Tamil Nadu: ₹60 • Outside Tamil Nadu: ₹100.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (bank/NBFC processing times may vary).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are treated as returns and will follow the Returns policy.

Privacy & Data

We collect the minimum personal information required to process orders (name, address, phone, email). We do not share personal data with third parties except to fulfil orders (couriers, payment gateways) or as required by law.
