Returns or replacements are allowed only in the following rare cases:
- You received a wrong product.
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a product missing essential parts.
In such cases, you must provide:
- Clear unboxing video from start to end.

After verification, our team will arrange a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
